Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The only good thing was the gentleman who helped me lift my suitcase—thanks. Otherwise nothing else, so I wouldn’t recommend it. It was very noisy, cold, and there was no hot water. I stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken. The front desk man didn’t understand even when we spoke Spanish. Breakfast was minimal, the coffee was sweet and I don’t use sugar, so I strongly advise against staying here.

Muy buena atención de parte del recepcionista, fue amable y estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Nos recibió, nos guió a la habitación y cargó nuestro equipaje, ya que el elevador estaba en mantenimiento. Queda cerca de la terminal del Sur, Quitumbe. Sin embargo, como está en una avenida principal, hay demasiado ruido toda la noche. A unos cuantos metros hay lugares donde comer, ya que ellos no cuentan con comedor. Si vas por una noche, está bien. El ruido de la avenida.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw from the Quitumbe bus terminal. The staff were friendly, let me store my surfboard for four days and handed it back when I returned, which was really nice of them. I also spent the whole day there waiting for my evening bus.
