The place was centrally located and the price was the only thing that really worked in its favor, so I kept reminding myself of that. Where to start… The rooms were old and worn out; in the first room the air‑con wasn't functioning properly, so we complained and they sent someone right away, but it didn't improve much. The next morning they offered us a transfer to a different room, but the air‑con there was still not great, so we stayed anyway. Then the shower stopped working, followed by no hot water; I let them know but nothing was fixed, so I had to shower in the bathroom basin. The pool area’s seating and lounge were old and dirty; we tried to enjoy drinks there but had to walk up to the front each time to order, and the staff didn't bother checking on us even though we were drinking. There was no room service, no safe, and no towel changes or other advertised amenities. I wouldn't stay here again.
