“Hébergement satisfaisant mais prix élevé et société pas fiable”
The site is very well placed in a pleasant setting, and the areas around the tents are kept tidy, offering good value for the lunch boxes. However, the company proved unreliable: we booked three African Safari properties, but they refused to let us stay at the third one, Africa Safari Ngorongoro Ndutu, giving vague reasons that made us question their credibility. They dodge cancellations by forcing the guest to initiate a free cancellation request instead of cancelling themselves. At Africa Safari Rift Valley, the rooms we arrived in late afternoon were sweltering, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and the mosquito nets had been patched and shortened so they wouldn’t close properly around the bed. Wi‑Fi coverage was erratic, with signal strength varying wildly over just a few metres, and there was no dedicated reception area with seating. When we ordered water at dinner, it was only brought to us at the end of the meal.
