Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The only thing I liked was the location. The bathroom was not next to the bedroom; you have to go through a common area to get from the bedroom to the bathroom, one floor higher, and there was no seat in the room. The hostess only took 2 minutes to check you in, and she also asked for a high score in the review when you left.

Servizio, pulizia, posizione e comfort. Tutto ottimo. La cordialità, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Angela ci hanno fatto sentire come fossimo a casa nostra!!! Grazie.😘

The hotel was available and welcoming, situated close to the Sassi. The breakfast was excellent. The common room felt a bit cramped when the apartment was full, the fridge was loud, and the parking isn’t immediately nearby.

FATAL!!!!!!!!!! We absolutely disliked everything; the arrival was so unpleasant that we chose not to stay. The description and photos don’t match reality. First, the access is via a staircase in terrible condition—dirty, smelly, peeling walls, very neglected. Second, neither of the two rooms has a private bathroom; one requires you to leave the room and walk to the end of the corridor to the shared bathroom, while the other has a bathroom on the third floor/attic that’s integrated into a laundry area with a very small shower tray. This isn’t shown in the listing photos or description. We have limited mobility and no warning about the difficult access. Additionally, the listing claims free parking or a private garage, but the private garage doesn’t exist and the “free parking” is just on the street, subject to finding a spot and time restrictions.

The apartment was ideal for discovering the incredible city of Matera. Nothing else to add.
