There’s an unpleasant smell in the common areas, and the property needs a refresh.

The countryside was lovely, but the cars on the road at night were annoying.

They kindly gave us a fridge that wasn't in the room, which was a big help during the heatwave after a tough drive. A possible improvement would be to add a second curtain to block the bathroom sink (the first curtain already isolates the shower nicely). Also, tell guests to turn the fan knob to make it work. Be careful with the address: the street numbering is a bit odd – you have to go all the way to the end of the lane, to the intersection at the village exit.

The common areas and the entrance vestibule weren't clean and had a strong unpleasant odor. The rooms were well kept. The owner welcomed us warmly and is very friendly.
