The hotel was the dirtiest I've seen, with no parking, no facilities, and rooms that were filthy.

The staff were very rude, didn't give a bill for just 2 extra hours which wasn't informed in advance, and took extra money; boycott Bombay Residency Mangalore or its name will be damaged. Nothing good in the property.
