Nothing about this hotel appealed to me. I was disappointed with the customer service; the lady at the desk seemed unconcerned about our room. I had chosen the smoking room, yet the sheets felt as if they had been washed in a bowl of cigarette butts. If I could have gotten a refund, we would have left. That night was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had: water dripped through the bathroom light fixture, the ceiling was peeling and the carpet was a mess, not even reaching the wall. The bath towels were dirty black instead of white, the toilet wasn’t clean and had hair all over it. My husband even said the hotel should be condemned. That place should not be open, and I wouldn’t have eaten breakfast there. The staff should be ashamed of taking people’s hard‑earned money. But that’s fine, karma is a bitch!
