The building itself was lovely, quiet, and laid‑back, but in the Avesta area you really have to plan your transport in advance.

The staff were exceptionally caring and thoughtful, making the stay feel very well looked after.

The accommodation was worn but clean, the host wasn’t physically present yet communication was flawless and information clear; breakfast was excellent and self‑served at the guest’s convenience, parking in the courtyard was good, the location was central opposite the railway, fairly quiet, the room on the ground floor had a separate toilet and shower, a bathrobe in the room, X‑elements were provided when it got colder, and I felt the host genuinely cared about guests.

The host’s explanations were very clear and easy to understand. My room was on the railway side, but I slept well without being disturbed by train noise. I get cold easily, so I was glad there was a heater. I never woke up because I was cold. It would have been great if the bathroom had a bathtub.
