“Home sweet home”

I stayed in room 1520, a nice corner room at the end of the corridor, and it was just as lovely as the Executive level even though I hadn't been there in a long time; breakfast was a bit louder because of screaming kids but otherwise excellent, and the gym was, as always, sensational! The only downside was a foul smell coming from the bathroom, and it felt like every weekend there were demos, rallies, cultural events, or parades outside the hotel, which regularly caused traffic chaos and made getting to the hotel harder.

“Nada recomendabe en relacion precio-calidad”

La ubicacion es espectacular. 1.- en mi habitación 2704 (que fue una suite, de las mejores de hotel) el televisor no funciona, se apagaba y no se pudo volver a encender, hice el reporte y acudieron a resolverlo y volvió a fallar. 2.- en el baño principal una llave del agua fría simplemente no funcionaba, estaba suelta 3.- durante mi estancia se hospedó cerca de mi habitación un personaje que tenia una escolta de seguridad y estas personas portaban armas largas a la vista y en el hotel parecía no importarles, no tienen protocolos para que estas personas sigan y de esa manera no alteren el orden. Todos los huéspedes tenemos (o al menos debemos tener) el mismo valor para ustedes y parece o se percibe no ser así. Mi experiencia fue completamente negativa, el costo es elevado y los incidentes que describo fueron tan terribles que sin duda no me volveré a hospedar nunca con ustedes
