“Booking.com never issue the refund.”
UPDATE: has issued the refund. No issues with the property or staff. Upon arrival they were experiencing a plumbing issue and offered many options, but in the end we decided to stay at another Marriot down the street. The staff was confident that they could issue a refund but said to call the next day to speak with a manager. I did so and the manager said that it was not a problem and a refund would be issued right away but could speak to how long would take. To date I have not received the refund . So this is really a complaint about and will be the last time we use it. Essentially the property lost, I lost, and made money. Seems like theft. UPDATE: has issued the refund.
