The bed was comfortable, but the coffee cups were too small for a Keurig pod; they should put some small coffee flavoring in the fridge and also provide a sample bottle of shampoo and conditioner.
The staff never seemed frustrated and resolved every confusion without any back and forth. The cleaning crew was also very helpful and diligent. The laundry room and ice machine were in rough shape, and the key cards barely worked.
It’s a low‑budget hotel but completely fine. The bed was comfortable, and the fan in the room muted street noise. Our room had a full‑size fridge, a small stove, and a microwave, all working perfectly. If you drive north past the hotel on the frontage road, the road becomes one‑way north and you have to loop out and back around to reach the hotel. Food options nearby are very limited; most are on the other side of the highway.
“Booking online and not actually talking to property doesn’t work well”
The room wasn’t available. I had booked a jacuzzi king room, but when I checked in, the room was already reserved.
“Was not comfortable going outside.”
I didn’t have breakfast because I didn’t know it was offered. There were chairs outside the room to sit, but the picnic tables were always busy. People should respect those at the tables and keep the noise down. Dogs barked early in the morning.
