The location is good. The overall experience was very bad: the climate over the bed was awful, there were holes in the curtains, the breakfast was very sparse, the TV kept falling over and its function was off, the sockets were broken, and the lighting was also partially defective. For this quality the price–value ratio is very poor.

The location is excellent and everything is close by. The place needs a major renovation; the golden years are long gone, the bedding is heavily worn with various stains, the breakfast is meagre, and even fresh coffee from the espresso machine could not be ordered for an extra fee.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. I liked that the cold water downstairs was free to take. The toilet seat in room 6 was broken and the rooms were a little old‑fashioned.

Thank you so much to our host for his patience with the repeated delays of our flight, and to our hostess for her friendly morning greeting at breakfast. The 3‑star hotel is well‑located and offers enough comfort to enjoy Pula.
