I was utterly let down by my stay at this hotel; the experience fell far short of what I had imagined. There was no water for the shower and the room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally, adding to my frustration. The most shocking discovery was a used condom left in the bathroom by a previous guest, which made me feel very uncomfortable and raised serious hygiene concerns. Basic cleanliness, functional facilities, and respectful service were absent, leaving me extremely upset and disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves cleanliness, staff conduct, and overall service. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
