The first room they assigned me was spotless and the TV worked great, which I really appreciated. The staff greeted me professionally and courteously. The second room, however, was disappointing: poor lighting, bugs, and a TV that barely functioned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to my healthcare center. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the toilet was spotless. I felt safe and secure in my room. A grocery store, several restaurants, and coffee shops were nearby and convenient. Towels were clean and there was plenty of toilet paper. The fridge and microwave were clean and functional. Wi‑Fi was fast and connected immediately. The air‑conditioner worked well and was quiet. Both door locks functioned properly. The shower provided hot water. The pillows were flat and there were only two of them. The single chair was wooden and had a crayon mark. While the bed and toilet were clean, the floor, outlet covers, backsplash, and corners of the room were grimy. The vents were extremely dirty with dust. The TV was non‑functional, displaying a cable‑not‑connected error even though the cables were plugged in. The outlet next to the sink didn’t work at all. There was no coffee maker, shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. The floor was very dirty; I had to wipe a damp bath mat over it, which was gross. A photo showed solid, visible crud on the edges of the backsplash, the air vents, and in crevices around the doors and windows.

I wish there had been coffee or a coffee maker in the room. A king bed, a blanket without cigarette burns, and instructions for the TV remote would have helped. The front desk staff could have understood English a little better. I also wanted water or something to buy without having to spend at least 5 dollars. I hope I never have to stay at Hotel 6 again.

The hotel was close to our location. However, there were always sketchy people loitering around.

The place was clean and located nicely. It was convenient for the places we were heading to. The beds felt a bit hard.
