“Même si l hôtel est bien placé, N Y ALLEZ PAS!”

The location is good, but that’s all it offers. The photos on booking are false. If you want to leave your luggage, you must pay. If you want the room cleaned during your stay, you must pay. The toilet light was broken and glued back. No shower mat. The shower head was broken. The window was broken. The room door let a draft onto the corridor. The room was dirty and not cleaned—through the window you could see the mess, the nightstand and desk had sticky drink stains, the bed had beard hair (the staff say they can lose a few hairs when making beds), and the carpet was filthy. The staff were unwelcoming and disingenuous. We’re used to traveling in London, but this hotel was a very unpleasant first experience for us. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing! Complete disaster. I wouldn’t even call it a pension. I’m surprised you’re offering this. We were deceived; the photos were nothing like reality. I would close this place. You disappointed us as a booking platform. We’ve used you for eight years and even listed my properties through you; I hope you’ll fix this soon or else I’ll move my listings elsewhere. It’s sad, especially since our short holiday was ruined. The writing is terrible. Nothing!

“Sporcizia e rumore a basso costo.”

Vicina alla metropolitana. La struttura più sporca in cui sono mai stata. Sulle lenzuola, all’esterno per fortuna, peli e capelli, in bagno a terra capelli , sul lavandino capelli, il condizionatore sopra la testiera del letto era incrostato di polvere, muffa qua e la in bagno. Ero al -1 e la mia camera aveva fuori un punto pausa di una qualche struttura limitrofa quindi durante la notte a più riprese sono stata svegliata dalle risate e chiacchiere di questi dipendenti in pausa. All’inizio avevo la finestra aperta ed entrava anche tutto il fumo di sigaretta. A finestra chiusa niente fumo ma le voci erano comunque talmente forti che era come avere in camera queste persone. Alle 4.18 per disperazione ero quasi pronta a farmi la doccia e andarmene ma verso le 4.30 sono rientrati e io sono riuscita a dormire fino la sveglia delle 6

“Very satisfying stay”

I liked the staff’s friendliness and the small room I stayed in, and the bed was very comfortable. The outside noise was a bit much, but I guess that’s London.

“Great location, tired hotel but lovely staff.”

The location was good, near Hyde Park. I wasn’t happy with my room’s cleanliness, but the staff were eager to clean it again. Reception is always open and the staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are old and tired; the cleanliness standard doesn’t match the price and the rooms don’t look like the ads. I could hear every conversation and… everything else my neighbours were up to. I might as well have been in the bed with them.
