We stayed to watch the Atami fireworks. The park was about a three‑minute walk. Even though the festival toilets were crowded, returning to the facility solved the issue. The shared spaces were clean and comfortable, with a tidy shower room and bath—no problems. The only thing I’d mention is that there was just one toilet.

The location is great, and overall service is good. However, the dried flowers outside the room and dust on the wooden cabinets inside made my sensitive nose a bit uncomfortable.

Reusing the old house gives it a very traditional Japanese feel.

The facilities are clean, the beach is close, and the owner’s vibe was excellent! The only drawback was that the noise from the neighboring room was a bit noticeable.
