The staff were really friendly, but that's about where the positives end. The room was a mess - I saw small cockroaches scurrying around, and dirty food plates were left in the corridor for ages, sometimes up to 15 hours. The hot water stopped working after 12 pm, and the shower was on the fritz, with a noisy fan that wouldn't shut off. Overall, it was a total rip-off.

“Horrible which you never want to experience again”

Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior - it's a total facade. The room I was given had stained bed covers, sticky stuff all over the curtains, and a terrible smell. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the basin, taps, and everything else were filthy. I asked for a room change, but the new one was even worse. It was a really bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The hygiene situation is basically nonexistent.

“The worst experience”

I didn't have a good experience at this hotel - everything that could go wrong did. The room was a disaster, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is a total scam - they cancelled my confirmed booking without warning, and then told me to sort myself out. When I tried to talk to the manager, they were nowhere to be found. It's not worth booking here, especially with all the other great options in Chennai. The hotel is far from the attractions, and you can't trust them to follow through on their bookings.
