We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Fortwill City Hotel in Galle. The beds were supremely comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The location is slightly inland, but getting around is easy and inexpensive with a quick tuk‑tuk ride. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Galle and would gladly stay here again.

The room was very tidy and the hotel is brand new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a parking garage under the hotel, which was great for us because we rented a tuk‑tuk. I would definitely recommend it!

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with excellent Wi‑Fi. The location is a bit far from the fort, but tuk‑tuks are inexpensive.

The new room has a balcony, new plumbing, a view of nature from the window, good breakfast, and attentive staff. The sound insulation between floors is poor, and the paper quality does not match the hotel’s level.
