The receptionists were friendly and the hotel was neat, though the neighbor’s noise was a nuisance until it was eventually resolved.

I was greeted warmly and found the room tidy and spotless, with no issues at all.

The front walk‑in is striking, but the customer service and room price don’t justify the experience; booking through a third‑party was unhelpful, and I would have preferred to book directly.

We rented because it was close to the RV rentals and a short drive from San Francisco airport, and the breakfast was fairly complete while the place was comfortable, but the pool and solarium were small and faced the parking lot.

The waffles and potatoes were great, though I wish there were more options available.
