The location was fantastic, the peace was perfect and the rooms were stunning; breakfast was very good and varied, and I’ll definitely be back.

The buildings used for accommodation, spa, pools and restaurant are finished at high standards, including near surroundings. We booked it only for one night while on travels in view to treat ourselves based on reviews. Two pools are decent size and buffet/bar available. We were lucky that the restaurant was not fully booked on our arrival. EV chargers are at a nearby outlet. Considering that we visited numerous places in Tuscany, this resort and restaurant is fairly overpriced. If we had no decent discount by booking for accommodation, it would not be worth of stay. The restaurant is a nice place to be, the food was up to the Tuscany standards (great), however be prepared to pay more. Sadly the restaurant got busy and we were waiting for the second course for over 45 mins (waiters were reminded twice). Perhaps it is me, but I would expect to solve the issue by something more than "sorry for waiting". Btw, we were not the only ones. The route to the resort is not for a supersport car, however accessible with no major problems. If you wish to use SPA, it does require booking day ahead, so only for those staying more than one night. It seems that the resort is a former farm and some buildings are old or for livestock. Be prepared for mosquitos and horseflies (plug in repellent not provided).

The setting is gorgeous, though the road leading up to the resort was a bit dusty.

The food was excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful. The path up was incredibly dusty with many potholes and stones, and the beds were unfortunately not as good, which is a pity because that could be easily improved.
