The host’s availability, the calm, the secure motorcycle parking. Small details that will disappear with experience: sand the doors, lock maintenance, the toilet keeps running, improve the bathroom (faucets, mirror, sink drain to the floor). I’m critical but I was a regional maintenance director for a major hotel group for several years. I’m sure the hosts will improve their product.

A simple, clean place with very friendly, helpful hosts, but no breakfast was offered; nearby public options were available instead.

The owner welcomed us warmly, the house was lovely with nice rooms, but the bathroom was a bit Spartan; for a short stay it was still perfect.
