The heating and fireplace were nice. However, there were very few paper towels and toilet paper, and no lighter for the fireplace.

“"figli di un Dio minore"!!!!”

Barbeque Catez è un buon punto di partenza per fare escursioni sia in Slovenia (che adoriamo) sia in Croazia, Zagabria è a meno di mezz'ora di auto. . continua da "cosa non ti è piaciuto" tavolo in veranda rotto, sedie esterne sporche, la scala che porta al primo piano è troppo ripida e pericolosa sia per i bambini che per gli adulti. Chi vuole prenotare questo appartamento deve sapere che avevo chiesto informazioni in merito al check-in e soprattutto all'ENTRATA alle terme con eventuali agevolazioni, ancora un mese prima della data di inizio soggiorno, l'host non rispondeva, nonostante altri messaggi di sollecito. Allora ho contattato booking.con per avere delle adeguate risposte, dopo qualche giorno l'host mi scrive che avrebbe risposto ai miei quesiti soltanto 2 giorni prima dell'inizio del nostro soggiorno come poi è avvenuto ma spiegandoci soltanto la modalità del check-in tralasciando l'entrata alle terme (a nostro avviso in maniera SUBDOLA e maliziosa). Arrivati sul posto abbiamo scoperto che su circa 500 strutture ricettive presenti nel villaggio (alberghi e piazzole per campeggio esclusi) l'appartamento è uno dei "3" che NON è convenzionato con le terme! il risultato è che NON puoi fare un abbonamento per l'intero soggiorno e che si deve fare la fila alla cassa ogni giorno per fare il biglietto di entrata al parco termale, con una una differenza di prezzi/costo importante, l'impossibilità di uscire per pranzare in appartamento (il biglietto giornalliero non permette il rientro) più la scocciatura di dover fare la fila in biglietteria tutte le volte. Per non parlare dell'umiliazione continua alla sbarra di controllo di entrata e uscita del villaggio che ogni volta che decidavamo di uscire per le escursioni si doveva scendere dal mezzo per avvisare la reception che ervamo quelli dell'appartamento 208, non convenzionato per farci aprire, creando code e disagi agli altri ospiti sia in entrata che in uscita. Bel trattamento per un cliente "Genius 2"!!! deduco che il vostro profitto venga prima della soddisfazione del cliente

“Ferie rilassati”

The house is very spacious and well equipped (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), three large double beds that are not the usual half‑size, a slatted bed frame, blackout curtains on the roof windows and blinds on the ground‑floor windows, and a large Pompeian area at the back of the house. The climate filters were very dirty and I had to clean them myself, and the non‑stick pans were so damaged that I think they should be thrown away. Also, you can’t register your car plate to access the property, which was very inconvenient for me with a disability because I had to get out of the car every time to have the gate opened.

“Top, wir kommen wieder.”

The location is quiet. There’s a huge covered terrace. The apartment is spacious, very bright, modern, and the self‑check‑in is super easy. Everything you need is there, including a huge fridge. It’s a bit far from the thermal spa, but it’s very quiet. The annoying part is the exit and re‑entry into the campground because the car number isn’t registered by the facility, so you always have to go to the reception.
