“Great location but too basic for the rate”

The hotel's location was a real highlight – we were within walking distance to the lifts, shopping area, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room and common areas were spotless. However, the hotel's facilities were pretty basic, and our "Mountain view" room on the second floor ended up facing the alleyway, which was noisy due to the dumpsters. We also missed having a lobby or lounge area, and the breakfast options were pretty limited.

At first glance, the hotel looked a bit rundown from the outside, but it turned out to be a nice surprise inside. The location was great, and we were able to walk to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The hotel's location was unbeatable – we were within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was decently clean, and the staff were helpful. However, there were a few issues that made our stay a bit frustrating. The in-room phone was ringing randomly, and when we answered it, all we got was static. It woke me up a few times on the first night, but we managed to get some sleep after disconnecting it on the second night.
