New facilities, modern and well‑located for my purpose, but the check‑in service was awful; a manager didn’t show up and I only got into my room at 17:30.

“The best in New York!”

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay at Equinox Hotel New York; the location was superb, hospitality exceptional, and the amenities were everything we could ask for—perfect for fitness, wellness, and a touch of luxury. The room was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, high‑tech toilet, thoughtful extras, and an exceptionally cozy bed that helped us sleep well after city adventures. The minibar was a dream, stocked with recovery and wellness essentials and practically everything a fitness lover could wish for. The gym was amazing, and the Equinox Club itself was a beautiful experience. The butlers and staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating throughout. Equinox Hotel was a highlight of our New York trip, and I truly think everyone should experience it for themselves; we would definitely return.
