We felt right at home in the Ostalgie accommodation—it was simply gorgeous. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. When our car broke down, her husband and son stepped in with great ease and warmth, and we were very grateful and thrilled that we could continue our trip without trouble. That level of hospitality is truly special.

The staff, breakfast, and room were all good. The price was high.

The accommodation was stunning and well‑maintained, and the staff’s welcome was extraordinary. In the morning we were greeted by the scent of freshly baked cake. The breakfast was also excellent, rich and complete with both savory and sweet options—exactly what we were looking for.
