There were roaches crawling on the floor in the lobby and a horrible smell; the front desk lady was rude, and once we saw the roaches we decided against staying there.

The convenience and the staff were fine, but the refrigerator didn't work and didn't close properly, and there was no ice.

Great customer service, but the motel 8 across the street was rundown and the TV was a bit complicated.

The place was nasty: animal stains on the carpet, pee stains on the comforters, a musty smell, a wet carpet by the air conditioning, and a lot more; it was a nasty place.
