I love the calm vibe of the place and the lady was so kind. The pool is so beautiful and the room was very clean.

The cleanliness was orderly. The location wasn’t convenient for me. I wanted to reschedule or cancel, but that wasn’t possible.

I couldn't book this hotel because the payment rules changed: they now require pre‑payment with a Visa or MasterCard, which is impossible for Russia. I had no trouble booking in 2024, 2025, and 2026, and I was eager to reserve for 2027. Everything else was fine.

Everything was hassle‑free and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful 👍. The pool hours were too short—only 9:00‑12:00 and 14:00‑17:30—so there was no chance to cool off in the evenings, but otherwise the pool area was spotless and the water was great 👍.
