“Don’t waste your time or money!”

Nothing. We will never stay in this hotel again. Only one staff member was at the front desk, and she seemed to be running the entire hotel.

“The lobby of the hotels Mills horrible when you first walk in, the smell of marijuana throughout the halls of the hotel!”

We will never stay at this property again—don’t waste your time or money. The hotel gave us the wrong room: we booked a King suite, but upon arrival they told us the King suites were sold out and refused to make any accommodations. There were no housekeeping staff to clean the room daily; you had to remove your own trash and wash your own linens. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was fine. Fire alarms rang at 10 pm and 3 am. At 5 am we couldn’t use the grills because people were sitting in the grill area just drinking. The elevators were broken, toilets barely flushed, and the pool felt like warm bath water.

“it was fine”

The place was quiet and the room was pretty clean, though the carpet stayed damp the whole time—maybe AC condensation. The lobby felt more like a nursing home. When I asked about the lending locker and complimentary hot chocolate, the front‑desk guy stared at me and seemed to think I was clueless, so I had to keep asking “no?” until he finally acknowledged it. On the last night the fire alarm triggered, the fire department arrived, but it might have been a false alarm. The Wi‑Fi also seemed to have given my computer a virus.
