The location. Parking. They have a lot of parking spots, and put at the entrance a sign says “parking full” please see your options. The staff are so rude, specially the young girl. I paid a high rate for a place with the parking out of service

The location and the size of the rooms. The parking was unavailable when we arrived so we had to park a block down and carry our stuff. That was a major inconvenience n felt unsafe due to the location

The only thing I liked was the location. The bed had roaches, which was unsanitary.

I stayed at the Sonesta in downtown San Antonio while in town for the Journey concert; the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I didn’t get breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but the overall stay was really good and I’d happily stay again. Parking at the hotel was full, which cost me extra time because I had to find a garage on my own; it was an inconvenience after arriving and just wanting to settle in, but I found a nearby garage that was much cheaper, so it worked out fine in the end.
