La Pădure Pensiune-Restaurant

Friendly staff and tasty food at the restaurant for a low price, but the bedding was synthetic, which we found less comfortable. There was an air‑conditioner, yet no remote control, so we couldn't use it. We arrived in the middle of the night, which made the room warm. In the morning we had no water, but that was later fixed. The room door handle was broken, so the door wouldn't close.

“Inhabergeführte Pension direkt vor der Transalpina mit Restaurant und Parkplatz.”

A nice small owner‑run pension right in front of the Transalpina, set in a village with parking on the premises. The small restaurant, also part of the pension, serves European cuisine and meat dishes. Owner Gabi runs it with a lot of love, making it a great stop on the Transalpina for motorcyclists, hunters, or people doing a Balkan tour like me. The rooms are simple, not luxurious, but that fits the region and price; they were also very clean. I would definitely return.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was a motorcycle parking spot on the property. The food at the restaurant was amazing. My room was on the ground floor, facing a playground and the restaurant gardens. Unfortunately, the air conditioning failed, so I had to open the windows, which ruined my privacy in the evening when the lights were on. The noise from the restaurant and children kept going after 10 PM, making it hard to sleep. Even after reporting these problems, no compensation was offered.

“Super punkt wypadowy na Transalipne”

Kind staff, good restaurant, a large playground for children, and a location ideal for a transalpine stay. The only downside was the lack of a baby cot.

Absolutely wonderful place and an incredibly friendly, helpful owner – he literally helped us fix our car and went to get the parts. An absolute legend. Ok
