My stay at the hotel was excellent; the activities were varied and entertaining, the restaurants served good food, and the room was very comfortable and pleasant. I especially want to highlight Carlo Enrique from Guest Experience, who was always attentive, sent me the activity schedule, and helped me book restaurant reservations when needed. His friendliness and willingness made my stay even more special. I definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to returning. 🌴

The restaurants, food, and staff service were exceptional! Unfortunately, on that date we had sargassum on the beach, so the beach area was unusable.

I found the value for money great and the facilities were excellent. Concierge Carlos was very attentive and handled everything I needed. The pools were fantastic. The room had a musty smell, and the elevator broke down.
