We loved the location and the hotel itself was stunning. The staff were friendly and the room was huge. The food was beautiful too. However, a couple of things weren’t working in our room: the smart TV was useless and the fire didn’t work, so it got pretty cold.

The location was great, just in Pickering. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and there was plenty to choose from.

The location, staff, parking, and cat were all good. We paid far above the odds for a tiny room.

Fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was excellent and served to your table, which is a nice change from the buffet you get in even most of the more expensive London hotels.
