Santi Resort & Spa

I was really impressed with my stay here - the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a regular shuttle bus to town, and the scenery is beautiful. The massage I had before leaving was great, and the service was good. I didn't have any complaints during my stay.

I stayed at this resort and was really impressed with the beautiful grounds - the huge park that blends into the fields and all the water features. However, I was put off by the staff quoting us way too high prices for a taxi to town - it felt like they were trying to scam us, which is pretty common in Laos when it comes to transport. We ended up finding a regular tuk-tuk on our own for a fraction of the cost, and it made me wonder if the staff were getting a cut from the overpriced rides.

“Heureusement que la chambre était à peu près propre”

My room was clean, which was a plus, but that's about where it ended. The breakfast spread was really bare and the outside areas were a mess - nothing seemed to be maintained, there was trash everywhere, and the pool was super chlorinated. The outdoor tables weren't even clean. It was pretty disappointing overall.

“Fantastic”

I had a great time at this hotel, the pool was really nice and the garden was exceptional. The shuttle service to downtown was also super convenient. Overall, I was really happy with my stay.

“Great resort and excellent value for money”

I loved my large room with the great views, and the grounds were beautiful for a stroll. The pool was also really nice. My only complaint was the coffee at breakfast - it was just okay.
