“Camera minimal”
The building shows some wear, but the room was clean and tidy. We stayed one night in early September; luckily the weather was mild so we could keep the window open, which meant waking up very early. There’s a common area with a small kitchen; we only used the fridge to keep drinks. The bathroom definitely needs some renovation work. The price isn’t much lower than newer places. Overall, for a single night it was acceptable; we slept and left. I would at least leave a bottle of water for guests.

The location is great, but the price‑to‑value ratio is completely off; paying 130€ per night for two nights for two people gives you zero services, breakfast isn’t included, only two weak soap packets in the bathroom, a damp smell in the room, and no light. The room has no window, and the only light comes through a hallway in front of the bathroom that opens onto a courtyard kept in terrible condition.
It’s close to the center of Scanno, but the place is really basic and doesn’t justify the price you pay.

The location is perfect, very convenient, just a few metres from the historic centre. Check‑in was easy. The apartment was clean. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but a fridge wouldn’t hurt. The price is slightly above average.
The TV is broken, there’s no fridge, and opening the window reveals a moldy wall that’s even worse than it looks.
