Location, free parking, cleanliness, breakfast. The staff barely speak Hungarian, and most don’t understand English either. For example, at breakfast the lady didn’t understand the room number in English either. We’ve had two bad check‑in experiences. At reception everyone handles one guest at a time. We were in a hurry to secure the room because we were heading to an event. While the only Hungarian‑speaking receptionist was dealing with a guest who asked how to park, order food from outside, etc., the other lady at the desk didn’t understand our language, so the receptionist started attending to that guest, leaving our check‑in half‑finished. We waited tired and in a hurry. Normally the other guest should wait for their turn. The first time we waited longer because about four people at reception were attending a small group. There was a language problem there too: one person spoke to the other three and just looked at them. The others weren’t attended to. Apart from that, there were no problems with the accommodation.

Everything was super. Lavish breakfasts, kind and helpful staff, clean rooms… I recommend it even for demanding clients. Nothing to complain about. Everything was on point.

The hotel offers good value for money, which is why we always stay there when in Budapest. Breakfast is great. Staff are great. It’s good that there’s parking, although a space isn’t always available. Pillows are too big and not very comfortable, so we bring our own when traveling by car. Parking isn’t guaranteed; if there’s no spot when you arrive, you have to park elsewhere and walk to the hotel with your bags.
