There was no coffee in the room, and the Wi‑Fi was slow.

The front desk didn’t speak a word of English, couldn’t locate our reservation, made us wait a long time, eventually led us to the room, then came back 30 minutes later, and finally told us they had found it. The breakfast was mediocre.

Resumen de esta reseña
The customer service was good; they arranged a complimentary airport shuttle for our early morning flight and prepared a takeaway breakfast set for us.
