The Lake Palm Hotel

I found the location unbeatable—right in the heart of Lake Market with the mall across the street offering a food court, cinema, and shopping. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second visit, and although I initially missed the notice that the hotel was renovating and had canceled my reservation because there were no rooms, they still managed to accommodate us when we arrived around 10 pm. The only downside was a slight stale odor during our first stay, and the second visit brought an aggressive paint thinner/varnish scent, though that was clearly due to the renovation work.

“VERY SMALL ROOMS. NOT VALUE FOR THE MONEY WE PAID”

The rooms were very small, which made them feel like a poor value for the money we paid, and that was the only point I could highlight.
