The hot thermal pool was great, and the front desk staff, especially Mr. Yunus, were helpful. The air conditioning didn’t cool properly, I asked for it to be fixed but the technician never showed up.
I stayed at this 5‑star hotel and it truly deserves it. Every department was professional, from the cleanliness to the breakfast and spa. A big plus was Mr. Emre, the masseur, and the lady from the cleaning staff on the 3rd floor. We’ll return happily, especially for the thermal pools that are pure health. I stayed 7 nights, but next year I’ll stay longer. The value for money is excellent! Kudos to everyone who serves this top hotel! The hotel has its own parking, but it’s inconvenient because it’s at the back and on a slope. There is a valet service, but it’s annoying to keep calling, especially when you want to leave quickly. A solution was street parking next to the hotel, which was just as safe and convenient.

From the hotel you can walk a short distance down the slope to a stop where bus number 30 goes to Heykel station, which takes you to Osmangazi, right in the center of Bursa. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed assistance, so if I visit Bursa again I’ll definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about.
