The place was well located and fully equipped, and checking in and out was a breeze. When I asked for a fan, the staff responded quickly. The property was starting to look a bit worn, which added to its quirky charm, and the fridge took a while to cool, but otherwise I had no complaints.

The setting was quiet and tranquil. We stayed on the Wroxham houseboat and felt completely private. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. When we lost power, the owner was very helpful and everything was fixed within a few minutes. Some parts of the houseboat were a bit worn and could use a little updating, but overall it was still a nice place to stay.

There was a mistake with our booking, but the staff at Norfolk went far beyond what was expected and were incredibly helpful. Thank you to each and every one of you. There was absolutely no error on your part. We received a full refund, and everyone was marvelous.
