The reception staff were great and friendly, and the overall setup was solid, especially the pool area and coffee. The location was convenient. The chalet’s cleanliness left a bit to be desired – we noticed sand grains on the floor.

Os funcionários da recepção são muito educados, gentis, sempre dispostos a auxiliar prontamente; a área da piscina é muito agradável e a limpeza da piscina é excelente; o café da manhã é excelente. Faz falta um cabideiro ou prateleiras no quarto para ajudar a acomodar melhor as roupas e itens de higiene pessoal; a pia do banheiro é muito pequena e espremida pelo aparador na parede

Good morning. I had a terribly unpleasant situation. On the second day, I couldn’t go in on the first day. I checked in at 14 hrs, entered, and then left; for some reason the key was lost, either at the lodge or with me – I can’t remember if I left it there. The lodge forced me to pay 150 $ for the lost key – an outrageous charge. I waited at the reception for 3 hrs for a locksmith because they claimed they had no spare key. Three hours later, the receptionist came to me and said the door had already been opened without my consent, with my belongings exposed.

I liked the location, the pool, and the hearty breakfast. The doors were noisy and tended to stick.

Breakfast was excellent, the pool was great, and the natural surroundings were a plus. There was no closed‑caption TV channel.
