The reception and staff responsiveness were excellent. Kim was always available to answer questions about the hotel, the neighborhood, and group tours of My Tho and Nui Ba Den that she arranged at my request. I highly recommend this very central hotel, just 400 m from Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City.

The location was good, with a metro station nearby and a 20‑minute drive to the Petronas Towers and other sights. The rooms were dirty, with grime in the bathrooms and on the shower glass, cockroaches that seemed to belong in the room, and sheets with yellow stains.
