The front office staff weren’t available until mid‑morning. I accidentally left a backpack in the room, but I couldn’t retrieve it because the room was locked and nobody was there to help. I had to leave the airport without that important bag.

They claim to have a fully equipped kitchen, but there was not a single dish, plate, glass, or silverware. The floor was sticky and unclean; walking barefoot to the bathroom and back left my feet black. It was not a good experience.

The only thing that worked for me was how close the hotel was to the convention center, but everything else fell flat. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were all very old. The carpet was stained all over and smelled bad, and the comforter had a strong unpleasant odor.

The location near Allstate Stadium was convenient, but my card got deactivated twice.
