The reception was available. The housekeeping service was irregular; the air‑conditioner stopped on its own at night; there was no refrigerator in the room, so no way to keep drinks cold; and there was no way to make coffee, either in the room or at the front desk.

The location was good, the staff kind, and the room decent. There were no sockets near the beds—just one on the opposite side of the room.
The hotel is in the city centre, close to the metro, making it a great spot for sightseeing. We had booked a room with a balcony or terrace, but neither was present.
