We were assigned a room where the window wouldn’t close, making it extremely noisy because the hotel sits on a major street intersection.

“Furchtbar schmutzig - selbst nach zweiter Reinigung nur eklig”

I was able to check in earlier and check out later, and the staff were partly very eager to fix the problems I complained about: when I came back from shopping after 9 pm, the employee on duty did everything possible to keep me from sleeping in the cold room. At arrival the room was supposedly cleaned, yet there were traces of excrement both outside and inside the toilet, under the seat, dirt in the shower, toothpaste in the sink, red stains on the chairs, disgusting grime on all door handles, and the room door had been previously broken. After I complained, it was cleaned again while I was out shopping… Result: the toilet outside and the shower tray were clean, but the rest still looked like before. The whole room smelled of alcohol fumes, as if someone had been drunk there for several nights without ventilating. The entire equipment was old, run-down and dirty – except for the fridge, which seemed clean. The heating didn’t work, so the reception staff had to bleed the heater several times until it finally warmed up.

The breakfast was very good, it was plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately the room had nothing – no coffee machine, no kettle, no hair dryer, no shower gel – many things were missing.

“Ottima struutura”

The staff were very helpful. I arrived after check‑in time and they sent me a code and instructions to enter. Everything was very easy and intuitive. Unfortunately arriving after dinner time I couldn’t eat anything. It would be useful to have a food vending machine, even with freeze‑dried soups, to feed people like me who are unable to eat at the restaurant.
