“Exceptional accomodations!”

From the moment of check-in to check out we were greeted by friendly and helpful personnel. Front desk was exceptional. The restaurant was a welcome surprise with a classy atmosphere, delicious food and large menu. We took the 7:00 am ferry the next morning and were 5 minutes max from the ferry terminal. The beds were so comfortable and the room spotless. we stayed in a family room and it was very spacious with 3 queen beds. If you're looking for accommodations in Stornoway, this is the place!. No improvements need be made. The entire facility exceeded expectations

“Ideal for 1 night stopover”

The spot was decent and the breakfast solid, plus the front desk folks were super helpful and friendly, but the building feels a bit old and worn.

The location is great, the bed is comfy, and everything feels modern and spotless, but there was no power outlet next to the bed—every socket was on the wall across from it, which was the only drawback.

“Apart from the youths it was very pleasant”

The place is well‑located, yet some young people were running through the dining room and knocking on doors along the corridors.
