The location and parking are good. The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The place feels a little neglected. The front desk was empty when I arrived, the carpets in the hallways felt old, and the bathroom needed some minor repairs.

The spot is great, easy to reach, and walking to the Cracker Barrel next door for dinner with the kids was a hit; the area is quiet and residential, and the free breakfast was tasty. However, the staff seemed very thin, many guests—including us—had issues with key cards that required rescanning; there were no towels in the room at all, so we had to call twice to get some delivered; the shower only had two shampoo bottles instead of separate shampoo and conditioner; and the $200 a night price felt steep, perhaps because of summer or the World Cup reducing supply.
