The place was clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. Thank you very much.
“最高でした。”
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even calling me when they discovered a double‑booking and sorting it out without any hassle. My room was large and the hotel was quiet enough that I slept soundly through the night; the Japanese set breakfast I ordered was beautifully presented and delicious, and the restaurant itself was lovely. A friend staying a day later received a different breakfast—“we swapped the fish and side dish from yesterday”—which was a thoughtful touch I had never experienced before. The Japanese garden was gorgeous, and the bar on the ground floor had a nice vibe. The only drawback was the bathroom, which felt dated; however, the shower was modern and the toilet flushed well, so that somewhat balanced the issue.
“満足”
Even though the price was low, the room was surprisingly spacious with a comfy sofa and a roomy table, and I could easily use my tablet at the windowside desk for work. It would have been nicer to have a small soap provided.
