The only thing I liked was the service, nothing else; the place was nothing like the photos, completely flooded, no pool, no kids’ games, nothing at all.

The setting is very nice, but there was some water pooling in the room entrance.

There was no light, and when I complained they said they would refund me, but I was traveling with my family after a long trip and it was almost 10 p.m., so I couldn’t leave and had to push harder to get another room; the service was bad.
