“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely location.”

The location was spot‑on, and the building itself is very elegant in an area we love. The check‑in process was a hassle because it required watching a YouTube video demo that we couldn’t access—no internet in Paris. Neither bedside light worked, and the only couch/sofa bed was broken; we told the host, who politely acknowledged the issue and said it would be fixed soon.

“Fantastic all around!”

The location was great, and we used the Franprix market a lot at the nearest metro station (Saint Paul). The area is perfect for dining, shopping, cafés, and getting around the city. The property itself was immaculate and comfortable, ideal for a family. Having laundry facilities and a very effective air conditioner was a real treat during the high temperatures, and the place felt very safe and secure. I appreciated how quiet it was after full days in and around Paris. The only downside was some minor wear and tear, but nothing dramatic or unsightly. The amenities were minimal—just two small bars of soap, shampoo, coffee, and tea—but the kitchen was well stocked for my small family.

The location was good. The portable air conditioner was noisy, not very efficient, and only worked when the window was open, which required hanging a hose that had to be tucked away at the exit to keep the window safely closed. Also, there was no wardrobe for clothes.
