The free access to two saunas is a plus, although you have to ask to turn them on every few minutes because they shut off on their own. A hydromassage tub is also available, but it was off and empty during my stay. The hotel was quite pleasant for a one‑night stay, yet it’s clear that cost considerations were decisive. Everything seems to be in order, but something still feels missing. The lack of a hotel restaurant also negatively affects breakfast. It’s served as a buffet and probably arrives ready to the venue, so the room feels like a fridge; the owner wants nothing to spoil. This hurts guest comfort. The room’s air‑conditioning works only on/off, regardless of the set temperature, cooling maximally or shutting off, making it unusable.

A classy hotel with friendly staff, a bike that could be locked safely, and a varied, good breakfast. It could have been flawless except for two issues: I found many tiny ants in the room, though the staff responded openly and said they were dealing with them, and although I gave a postal code for the EC payment, the Planet Pay service the hotel uses applied a very poor euro exchange rate, pushing the price up by more than 10 %.

The Lord hotel in Radom is wonderful with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere! From the first moments, the staff’s friendliness and professionalism impress – they greet warmly and are always ready to help. The room turned out neat, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for a peaceful rest after traveling. The beds are comfortable, the linens fresh. I want to highlight the tasty and filling breakfasts – a good selection of dishes, all fresh and high quality. Convenient location and quiet environment make this hotel a great choice for a stopover. We will gladly return and recommend it to others!
